Our Next KI100% Luncheon Fundraiser – April 2025
This fundraising event benefits Future Foundation, a paradigm-shifting network that changes the lives of South Fulton’s 6th – 12th graders – and the underserved communities in which they live – for the better.
Future Foundation’s Keep It 100% Luncheon brings donors, community leaders, and many of our students from various backgrounds and neighborhoods together for a powerful experience highlighting the Future Foundation’s work, which serves metro Atlanta youth and their families.
The program will include inspiring stories, a silent auction, and more.
During the event, Future Foundation will be presenting two community awards:
Ann Cramer Corporate Leadership in Education Award, named in honor of Ms. Cramer’s legacy of socially responsible corporate leadership in education and underserved communities of metro Atlanta.
Jean Childs Young Individual Leadership in Education Award, named in memory of Jean Childs Young’s legacy of tireless advocacy for education, children, and civil rights.
This is the largest single source of unrestricted support for our mission. We hope you will join us as we celebrate our community’s investments in education!
About Us
The Future Foundation started as an afterschool program in some of Atlanta’s underfunded schools and is leveling the playing field for youth caught in a cycle of generational poverty by serving as a Second Family, providing exposure to new experiences, and reinforcing the skills needed to thrive in adulthood.
The key to the Future Foundation’s success is the “Second Family” model – a network of supportive adults who provide our students with another layer of educational and emotional guidance and inspiration. The Second Family reinforces our students’ inherent values and helps them find their own path to success.
Future Foundation works together across the community to provide a safe, supportive environment where students can grow intellectually, gain confidence, and pursue a path that leads our youth out of poverty and into self-sustaining adulthood.
100% of Future Foundation students who remain engaged in our program graduate. Future Foundation students graduate at twice the rates of their peers. The Keep It 100% Luncheon celebrates metro Atlanta’s past, present, and future investments in education for resilient youth. It is a collective way that we can all help nurture tomorrow’s leaders, today.
Over 200 individuals attend, representing a cross-section of Atlanta’s philanthropic, corporate, and civic communities and education advocates. Future Foundation students join sponsoring organizations’ tables to share their stories and form relationships with community leaders.
