Gray, Social Worker, 23 – Collaborate, Love, Validate – Professionally, I prepare to stand out against poverty by leading with a spirit of oneness, creating systems within Future Foundation’s infrastructure that better serve our youth and families, and modeling how these systems can combat this global issue, effectively. Community can only be demonstrated through example. Personally, I aim to make each and every individual I cross paths with feel heard and worthy of a better day than they had yesterday.
